By accessing or using HostLynx services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all individuals and entities using our platform.
HostLynx provides cloud VPS, dedicated servers, managed databases and CDN services. We reserve the right to modify, enhance or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
You agree not to use our services for: illegal activity, distributing malware, sending unsolicited bulk email, launching attacks against third parties, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
We guarantee 99.95% monthly uptime for our VPS services. If we fall below this threshold, you are entitled to a service credit as a percentage of the monthly fee, capped at 100% of that fee. Service credits are the sole remedy for uptime failures.
All content, software, trademarks and materials on our platform are the property of HostLynx or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you store on our services.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostLynx's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or fail to pay. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will have a 7-day grace period to retrieve your data before it is deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
